Lucia Caminos and Jason Duval are the named dual protagonists in official Grand Theft Auto VI material. That is the floor. Almost every extra biographical detail circulating online sits above that floor as reporting, rumor, or fan reading.
What we treat as confirmed
- Lucia is presented as a female lead — a first for the mainline numbered GTA campaign.
- Jason appears alongside her as the second playable partner in trailer sequences.
- Their story is framed around crime, pursuit, and a relationship that is already in motion when we meet them.
Lucia
Her stable page is Lucia Caminos. News should link there instead of restating the same three trailer facts. Prison timelines and unofficial biographies stay off that page until they are official.
Jason
Jason Duval is the other half of the dual-lead structure. Cross-links between the two character pages are intentional — they are one story, two records.
Story and locations
Campaign tone lives with the characters; geography lives on locations and the map hub. Trailer scenes in Vice City are setting, not a full plot synopsis. Broader systems sit under gameplay.
